Liverpool's Littlewoods building is being transformed by Capital&Centric into a film and TV campus. The project, backed by Liverpool City Region Combined Authority with up to £17m, will include two 20,000 sq.ft sound stages, courtyard gardens, a roof terrace, a screening and performance area, and a food hall. Capital&Centric seeks a main contractor and is in talks with Liverpool City Council and various operators for leasing space at the site. The new campus aims to create job opportunities and position Liverpool as an international film and TV production hub.
