Hull City Council has granted £400,000 to Federation of Sport Limited for a new leisure and social venue in the city centre, creating around 44 jobs. The £2m project will bring more than 16,000 sq ft of vacant space back into use at Unit 7, King William House, featuring sports technology, bars, communal areas, and a commercial-grade kitchen. This regeneration effort is part of the Lowgate building's ongoing revitalization.
