Off-duty Atlanta police officer, Melvin Potter, shot and killed Devon Anderson during an argument at a birthday party. Anderson's family demands murder charges instead of Potter's current obstruction charge. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has taken over the case, and anyone with information is asked to contact the GBI office in South Fulton.
