An individual was fatally shot by Auburn police during an officer-involved incident on August 8th at 7:42 PM at Melone Village Apartments. No officers were injured. Multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office, NY State Police, State Attorney General's Office, and Cayuga County District Attorney's Office, are investigating.
