The man, who was initially indicted on vandalism charges in June, is accused of damaging 18 businesses, two churches, and other properties, causing thousands of dollars in damage. Gayhart is currently in the Montgomery County Jail on a $50,000 bond, and a competency hearing is scheduled for September 12.
