Thomas Cook India's hospitality sector is poised for growth, with Executive Chairman Madhavan Menon anticipating a 10%+ long-term demand due to increased domestic tourism and growth in key leisure markets. The company plans to open 20 new holiday outlets across Tier 1-3 cities and towns, and its hospitality arm, Sterling Holidays, is expanding rapidly with 50 resorts and plans for another 20 in the next 15 months.
