Baby's skeleton discovered in Bishop Auckland house, Durham Constabulary investigating.
A baby's skeleton was discovered by renovation workers in an upstairs room of a house in Bishop Auckland, UK. The remains were found beneath floorboards on Monday and Durham Constabulary is currently involved in the recovery and investigation of the remains. Forensic experts are examining the skeleton to determine its age and time spent at the location, with a post-mortem examination and CT scan scheduled for later this week to determine the cause of death. Detectives are also tracing previous residents of the property.
