Police in Wigan are investigating the discovery of human remains, believed to be a baby's, at a property on Marsh Green. Five individuals aged between 20 and 70 have been arrested on suspicion of concealing a death and unlawful burial. The remains were found following a call to a house on the street, and another scene is being investigated on Valley Road in Pemberton. The police have reassured the public that there is no threat to the wider community and that the incident appears to be isolated.
