65-year-old Leo Wallace-Barr, an innocent man, will not receive compensation for damages after police smashed their way into his home, despite finding no evidence of wrongdoing. Wallace-Barr was out of his Speke home on a job in Cumbria when his Ring Doorbell app alerted him to police officers breaking into his property. Merseyside Police claims it's the 'occupier's responsibility for any repair.'
