11 people injured when a leisure fishing boat in Japan's Tottori Prefecture hit a breakwater on Sunday; the boat, Daini Ai Maru, was cruising off the coast of Sakaiminato city when it struck the breakwater around 6:00 a.m. local time. Both the boat's bow and two passengers sustained serious injuries. Another leisure fishing boat struck rocks near Matsue city, injuring five people.
