New Hampshire Supreme Court Associate Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi has been placed on administrative leave for 90 days, with the court providing no reason for her leave. Marconi's husband, Geno Marconi, the director of the New Hampshire Port Authority, has also been on administrative leave since April. Both the court and the Port Authority have not provided reasons for the leave.
