New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Marconi indicted on charges for allegedly interfering in a criminal investigation involving her husband.

New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi has been indicted on two felony and five misdemeanor charges for allegedly interfering in a criminal investigation involving her husband, Geno Marconi. The charges include improper influence, solicitation of misuse of position, and obstructing government administration. Marconi has been on administrative leave since July. Attorney General John Formella emphasized that no one is above the law.
