Switzerland's Last Resort human rights non-profit plans to introduce a portable suicide capsule, Sarco, within months. First unveiled in 2019, the capsule replaces oxygen with nitrogen for hypoxia-induced death and costs $20 to use. It is expected to offer death without medical supervision, as Switzerland's law permits assisted suicide with the individual taking the primary action.
