Web Summit co-founders' legal disputes, ongoing for over two years, will be heard in the High Court over nine weeks starting March 18th. CEO Paddy Cosgrave accuses 12% stakeholder David Kelly of using company resources for personal projects, while Kelly and 7% shareholder Daire Hickey allege Cosgrave breached corporate governance norms and forced them out. All allegations are denied, and the cases are fully contested.
