Stolen car drives into, sets fire to Welcome Centre homeless charity building in Belfast, no injuries.
A stolen car was driven into the Welcome Centre, a homeless charity building in west Belfast, and set on fire, causing significant damage. The incident occurred on Townsend Street near Belfast city centre at around 12:15am. A black Volkswagen Golf crashed into the building and ignited, with the driver fleeing the scene. No one was injured, and the police are urging anyone with information or possible dash-cam or CCTV footage of the area to come forward.
