Indiana Supreme Court upholds Judge Frances Gull in Delphi murders case, rejecting Richard Allen's attempt to remove her. Allen's attorneys claimed Gull failed to rule on a Request for a Franks Hearing in time, but justices didn't agree, stating defense's late motions waived any relief for the alleged delay. Allen is accused of killing 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German in 2017.
