Judge approves additional murder charges against Indiana man Richard Allen for the 2017 killings of 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German. The new charges, "murder while committing or attempting to commit kidnapping," were approved by the judge while rejecting the prosecutor's request to add kidnapping charges. Allen's trial is scheduled for May 13-31, 2024.
