19-year-old Latif Williams has been sentenced to 25 to 50 years in prison for the murder of Samuel Collington, a 21-year-old Temple University student killed in a robbery attempt in 2021. Williams was found guilty of third-degree murder and gun charges in February. Collington, returning to campus after Thanksgiving break, was shot in the chest and back during an altercation with Williams near the 2200 block of N. Park Avenue.
