Qantas Super merges with Australian Retirement Trust, boosting ART's assets and members.

Qantas Super and Australian Retirement Trust (ART) are set to merge, with the latter closing in on industry giant AustralianSuper as the largest fund in the $3.9 trillion sector. Qantas Super's $9bn in funds under management will be added to ART's $280bn+ asset pool, reflecting ART's commitment to growth through mergers and acquisitions. The merger will see Qantas Super's 26,000 members join the ART fund.
