Baton Rouge officer dismantles car burglary ring, arrests suspects, recovers 11 stolen guns.

Baton Rouge police officer, Cpl. Tayveon Slaughter, dismantled a car burglary ring, arresting multiple suspects and recovering 11 stolen guns, with two returned to their owners. The arrests were made during extra-duty investigations into vehicle burglaries on Greenwell Springs Road. The police department is continuing to investigate and requests community assistance through BRPD's Burglary Division or Crime Stoppers.
