Octopus Energy CEO Greg Jackson claims energy market reforms could give Scotland the cheapest electricity in Europe. Speaking on BBC's Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg, Jackson suggested that regional pricing in the UK could make all regions cheaper than they currently are. He added that "rapid and focused action" is needed to improve grid connections for new energy projects.
