ScottishPower CEO Keith Anderson aims to double UK energy investment from £12bn to £24bn by 2030, contingent on the government halving project planning time. Anderson's firm supplies energy to 4.4 million homes and businesses, and is currently building onshore and offshore wind farms. Green energy projects, such as more wind turbines, would benefit from the increased investment.
