Golden Retriever Walter, who went missing during the July 5th Independence Day holiday, has been found safe near Otter Tail Lake. A community effort involving yard signs, group searches, and drones helped locate Walter after he ran away during fireworks. A family living on Buchanan Lake found him near a cornfield and kept him safe until his owner, Grace Mulcahy, could be reunited with him.
