33-year-old Boston man, William Cobb, has been arrested and charged with three counts of animal cruelty after three dead dogs were discovered inside a U-Haul truck in Mattapan, Boston. The dogs were found in the abandoned truck with a "terrible smell" emanating from it on Tuesday; the temperature inside the vehicle reached over 80 degrees. Cobb was arrested in Weymouth and will be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
