Nottinghamshire Police has been found inadequate in three areas, including investigating crime, by His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary & Fire. The force was ranked as requiring improvement in protecting vulnerable people, and was found to be adequate in four other areas. Nottinghamshire Police Chief Constable and the Police and Crime Commissioner are committed to making improvements.
