Court finds sufficient evidence to indict Pakistani businessman Shaukat Ali Chaudhry and his wife Shaukat Aasia Parveen over annulled hospitals' deal. The couple, along with their son Asad Ali, face charges of corruption, money laundering, and other crimes linked to the privatisation of three state hospitals. Magistrate Rachel Montebello ruled there is enough prima facie evidence to commit the trio to trial.
