Author Emily Henry will adapt her bestselling novel "Funny Story" into a movie. Henry will write the screenplay for the adaptation, which is being produced by Lyrical Media and Ryder Picture Company. The book, released in April, follows the story of Daphne, a children's librarian dealing with a broken engagement, who moves in with her ex's friend, Miles, and develops a plan to get back at their former lovers.
