18-year-old man killed in Irvine sober living facility; 24-year-old suspect arrested. An investigation is underway in Irvine following the murder of an 18-year-old man at a residential sober living facility called Turning Tides. The 24-year-old suspect, identified as Baxton Tysean Hill, had fled the scene but was later arrested by the California Highway Patrol. Both the suspect and the victim lived at the facility.
