24-year-old Cody Curtis was arrested for DUI manslaughter after his 1992 Nissan veered off Pine Island Road in Matlacha, FL, on April 13, hitting five people at an outside table at "The BBQ Place" restaurant. One woman, 80-year-old Mary Lou Sharp, was killed, and three others were seriously injured. Curtis's blood alcohol level was 0.137%, nearly double the legal limit.
