31-year-old woman found dead in Manhattan, NYPD confirms homicide. The body was discovered on Friday just before 5 p.m. in front of 207 East 27th St. Police say the victim, who was shot in the head, was wrapped in a plastic bag and placed in a sleeping bag. Surveillance footage shows a man in an electric wheelchair dragging her body to the location where it was found. No arrests have been made yet.
