5-year-old boy rescued in Bauchi, Nigeria after being chained and starved for 3 days by his father. The child's father, Abubakar Nuhu, claimed he chained his son to prevent him from stealing food from neighbors. The case was reported by a concerned citizen and the child's father was arrested for child abuse. The investigation has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department.
