1 person was injured during a high-speed police chase in Florence, Alabama on July 5th, when a black Hyundai Sonata, initially making an improper turn, reached over 90 mph. The driver lost control and crashed into a light pole near County Road 42 and Chisholm Road, suffering non-life threatening injuries and being taken to North Alabama Medical Center. The Florence Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
