Luxembourg landlord Marc Godart urges court not to make him liable for ex-tenant's legal costs. High Court in Dublin will rule on the question of legal costs for a former tenant, Lizet Peña-Herrera, who was awarded €15,433 by Green Label Short Lets Ltd, the Godart firm, for unlawful eviction. Godart's firm is insolvent and has no funds to pay the award.
