High Court: Green Label Short Lets Ltd unlawfully evicted a tenant in Dublin 8 property without owning it.

Marc Godart's company, Green Label Short Lets Ltd, did not own the Dublin 8 property from which it unlawfully evicted a tenant, the High Court has heard. Lawyers for the firm stated that the property at Vintage Court, Cork Street, is owned by a woman from Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, unrelated to Mr Godart. The company has been offered two opportunities to explain the situation but has failed to do so to the court's satisfaction.
