3-year-old Elijah Vue remains missing, and his mother, Katrina Baur, is set to take a plea bargain in her child neglect case, with a plea hearing scheduled for July 18. Baur, from Wisconsin Dells, faces charges of chronic child neglect and obstructing an officer. Neither Baur nor her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, who is also charged with child neglect, have been charged in connection with Elijah's disappearance.
