3-year-old Elijah Vue has been missing since February 20th, with his mother Katrina Baur accused of chronic child neglect and resisting/obstructing an officer. Elijah was sent to stay with Jesse Vang for disciplinary reasons, who also faces child neglect charges. The Two Rivers Police Department has raised a $15,000 reward for information leading to Elijah's whereabouts, with an active Amber Alert still in place.
