11-year-old Sebastian and his friends visited Ballarat's pop-up ice rink during the Ballarat Winter Festival. The temporary ice rink on Armstrong Street is open until July 21st. Families traveled from various locations to take part in the ice-skating activity, with Sebastian coming from Geelong and Penny Pokarier from Biloela, Queensland, bringing her five children to see the ice-skating rink for the first time.
