41-year-old Romanian woman, suspected of being part of an international pickpocketing ring, was arrested at Malta International Airport as she attempted to leave the country. She is believed to have targeted tourists in Valletta, Mdina, and St Paul's Bay, stealing around €7,000 in cash between June 8 and 23. The police identified and arrested her during her departure, and she will be arraigned later.
