Genesis Health System and UnitedHealthcare have reached a new three-year deal, maintaining in-network access to Genesis hospitals, facilities, and healthcare providers. The agreement was necessary to ensure Genesis can continue providing high-quality, affordable care. If negotiations had failed, people with certain UnitedHealthcare plans would have faced not being able to use their insurance at most Genesis locations.
