14-year-old Ohio student pleaded guilty to reduced charges of inducing panic after being accused of making a hit list and planning a mass killing at a high school near Cincinnati. Prosecutors dropped a charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and will sentence the teen in July. The teen had exchanged text messages with a Colorado man about gassing the school and killing students and staff members, but the man was not charged due to his inability to participate in the plan. The county public defender's office noted that the teen had significant mental health challenges and was impressionable.
