3-month investigation found no evidence that Nashville bars served University of Missouri student Riley Strain alcohol while he was visibly drunk before his drowning death. Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) interviewed witnesses, reviewed purchase records, and examined extensive video footage from the night of Strain's disappearance. TABC concluded there was no clear evidence that bartenders served Strain alcohol while he was visibly drunk.
