Rainbow Tourism Group invests $10m to refurbish Rainbow Towers Hotel and Harare International Conference Centre for upcoming SADC events.
Hospitality firm Rainbow Tourism Group is investing $10m over the past five years to refurbish its Rainbow Towers Hotel and Harare International Conference Centre ahead of two major SADC events scheduled for July and August. The Sadc Industrialisation Week and 44th Ordinary Sadc Summit will both take place in Harare. Since 2020, $4.6m has been used to refashion the hotel's 183 guest rooms and provide two new high-tech Kone elevators, while government funds the HICC upgrades.
