The Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has unveiled plans for the Taj Bandstand luxury hotel in Mumbai, a project delayed for 17 years due to legal and environmental issues.
Set to begin construction in 2025 and open in 2028, the ₹2,500 crore hotel will include 330 rooms, 85 apartments, dining options, and convention spaces.
The project also includes developing four acres of public land with gardens and recreational facilities.
