Insurance provider Zurich North America has successfully implemented One Inc's digital claims payment system, ClaimsPay, offering insureds and claimants digital payment options and near real-time capabilities. The implementation supports single and multi-party, as well as vendor-related payments. Since the implementation, over 95% of Zurich's claimants have chosen electronic payment options over paper checks.
