Tata AIA Life Insurance launches a payment solution on WhatsApp, enabling consumers to make payments for policy renewal using credit card, debit card, or net banking. This marks the first-ever launch of its kind in the life insurance sector, expanding beyond UPI-based transactions. The service also offers 27 services, including policy document access, managing claims, and fund value updates.
