Former SAP employee Ashley Kostial, who reported a workplace sexual assault, is breaking her NDA to speak out about the incident. Kostial was raped by a colleague during a work trip for a subsidiary of SAP in May 2019. Despite reporting the assault, she has faced months of post-traumatic stress treatment and is now speaking out against the use of nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) in workplace abuse cases.
