41-year-old Jacksonville veteran, Byron Walker, was fatally shot on May 23. A month later, his mother is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter. Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has no leads and First Coast Crime Stoppers has increased the reward for any tips to $20,000. Byron was a father of three and friends remember him as a genuine person with an infectious smile.
