North Tongu MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa accused the Blay family of trying to illegally acquire state-owned Labadi Beach Hotel's land in Accra. Spartan Ives Limited, owned by Kwaw Blay, son of former NPP Chairman Freddie Blay, denies the allegations, calling them "false and baseless." The company has threatened legal action and pledges to resolve the issue through legal means, stating they have not taken control of the beachfront land.
