A Fairfax County police cruiser was stolen during a stolen vehicle investigation at the Fair Oaks Shopping Center. A suspect took an unattended, unmarked police vehicle after two people were initially taken into custody. The suspect led police on a chase before crashing into three police cruisers. Two officers and the suspect sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospitals.
