Fairfax County Police arrested Rickey Lowe, 32, who stole an ambulance after being treated for injuries from a crash involving a stolen car.

Fairfax County Police arrested Rickey Lowe, 32, who stole an ambulance after being treated for injuries from a car crash involving a stolen vehicle. Lowe was in the stolen car driven by Xxeavius Romoance Marlow, 29, who crashed after seeing police on Route 50 and I-66. All occupants were hospitalized, and Marlow was charged with grand larceny. While at the hospital, Lowe stole an ambulance and was later found and arrested.
